Cybit, the UK’s leading online telematics service provider, has secured full ISO 9001:2000 certification - ensuring that its quality management procedures meet the most demanding industry standards. Cybit’s telematics solutions are already used by over 500 major UK organisations. Achieving the highest level of the internationally recognised ISO quality management standard significantly strengthens Cybit’s end-to-end offering, and provides customers with an assured approach and infrastructure which helps them use telematics-based services to unlock key information hidden within their business.

ISO certification was awarded in recognition of the overall service quality that Cybit provides to its clients, including software and hardware implementation, the quality of the after sales service and ongoing maintenance. The company secured the award following an evaluation of its systems and procedures, with support from outside consultation, in preparation for a final assessment. The focus on its operational processes and practices allows Cybit to deliver ISO 9001:2000 standards at the highest level. Cybit was awarded the certification for management of process, the surrounding procedures and commitment to achieving high operational standards. This included the pre and post-implementation customer service standards as well as its support in response to customer issues.
