Interservefm implements Fleetstar-MRM solution from Cybit

Cybit, the UK's leading online telematics service provider, has announced the implementation of 100 units of its Fleetstar-MRM solution into the engineers' vehicle fleet of Interservefm Ltd, a leading provider of outsourced support services. Interservefm provides full reactive and preventative building maintenance to a range of clients, with these latest 100 vehicles dedicated to 500 sites throughout London. Fleetstar-MRM has been chosen to help Interservefm meet strict Service Level Agreements set by these clients and avoid penalties for non-compliance by providing real-time reporting and monitoring of its vehicles.

Interservefm provides a tiered level of response as part of its agreement which is defined by the urgency of the repair. "Make-safe" reactive maintenance, where human safety is endangered, is required strictly within two hours, while less threatening issues range from same day to seven day fulfilment. Cybit's Fleetstar-MRM solution will help Interservefm ensure that it meets its response target by monitoring vehicle movements against scheduled jobs and identifying the nearest available engineer for emergency jobs. Additional operational benefits to the implementation include increased productivity through effective verification of its engineers' working time including job arrival and departure times. Real-time visibility will also enable Interservefm's dedicated helpdesk to provide accurate ETAs to its client. Cybit is also providing consultancy support to ensure Interservefm realises the full potential of Fleetstar and maximises its ROI.
