Campbell's Prime Meat signs GBP 200,000 order for Cybit's Internet-based telematics system

Cybit, the UK's leading online telematics service provider, has strengthened its drive into the food delivery market with a major GBP 200,000 order for Fleetstar-Online from leading Scottish catering butcher, Campbell's Prime Meat. Campbell's will deploy Cybit's next-generation Internet-based fleet and asset management solution across its fleet of 75 refrigerated delivery vehicles to help manage its logistics more effectively. For the first time, Fleetstar-Online will provide Campbell's with real-time visibility of each of its refrigerated vehicles, improving the delivery service for customers which include many of Scotland's finest hotels and restaurants.

This new order further extends Cybit's drive into the food delivery market, where companies need total control over their delivery operations. It follows recent orders from Sainsbury's to You and Caterfood. Fleetstar-Online's real-time information will improve Campbell's operational efficiency and provide in-depth reporting which will assist the company in upholding its Duty of Care responsibilities.
