WHAT: Nicolas de Kouchkovsky, senior vice president of marketing and business development at Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories, Inc., an Alcatel company (NYSE: ALA, Paris: CGEP.PA), has been selected as a panel member for the annual VoiceCON Fall Conference on Wednesday, August 23, at 1:00 p.m. in San Francisco. Mr. de Kouchkovsky is regarded by VoiceCON event organisers as a knowledgeable expert with a compelling vision on enterprise network technology. Moderated by McGee-Smith Analytics, the panel discussion titled "IP Contact Centre Market Update" will give conference attendees a better understanding of what is driving the adoption of IP technology and who the IP contact centre market leaders are.
Mathew Frazer, vice president of enterprise solutions at Genesys will also be presenting on a panel at the VoiceCON conference on the topic of "Success Factors for Unified Communications".
