ProtoCall One opens new UK sales office to support business growth

  • Additional South East England office opens near Reading
  • Will support company growth following new Business Intelligence drive and additional business partnership agreements

LONDON, U.K. - October 24th, 2007 - ProtoCall One, the UK's premier systems integration consultancy for the contact centre industry, has announced that it has opened a new UK sales office in Swallowfield, near Reading. The new office will support ProtoCall One's increasing sales operations following its drive into the BI market based on the Hyperion 9 BI platform, as well the addition of new business partnerships to its well-established Genesys practice.

The latest expansion comes as the company continues to experience business growth in both the UK and overseas, and follows the opening of ProtoCall One's Asia Pacific office in Sydney in May 2007. The new UK offices are located at Wyvols Court, an extended and refurbished Grade II Listed country house, and are located  two miles south of Junction 11 of the M4, allowing easy access to Central London and to Heathrow and Gatwick Airports.
