ProtoCall One announces two new appointments to support strategic UK growth

ProtoCall One, the UK's premier systems integration consultancy for the contact centre industry, has announced two new appointments to support the company's strategic UK growth. Paul Warren joins from BT Global Services as Account Director at ProtoCall One, and Alistair Taylor has joined the company's Professional Services department, having previously worked at Envox and Genesys. These two appointments follow a period of strong strategic growth for ProtoCall One, which includes a new corporate initiative into the Business Intelligence market.

Prior to joining ProtoCall One, Paul Warren was a key member of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Sales for BT Global Services. Prior to that he was a Senior Sales Specialist with Cable & Wireless' Customer Interaction Management Practice. He brings extensive knowledge of contact centre solutions at both the enterprise and hosted levels. He also has a strong background in developing complex Managed Services solutions to address organisations' business needs.

Alistair Taylor joins ProtoCall One from Envox where he worked across EMEA providing customers with technical, consulting and troubleshooting support on products including CT Connect (formerly Intel Net Merge) and the Envox Communications Development Platform. Prior to this he was a Professional Services Consultant at Genesys. At ProtoCall One he will oversee Genesys-related projects from pre-sale through to implementation and deployment.

"The new appointments have been brought about by our substantial period of growth," commented Steven Robertson, Head of Direct Sales at ProtoCall One. "By adding experts of Alistair and Paul’s calibre, with their consultative experience, we are ensuring that we can offer our clients the very best service. They bring exactly the kind of deep industry knowledge in telephony integration, contact centres and, more importantly, Genesys and Cable & Wireless expertise that will help us not only maintain our position as UK field leaders, but also expand into new business sectors.

"ProtoCall One is going through an exciting period of growth at the moment, and Alistair Taylor and Paul Warren will play a pivotal role in supporting ProtoCall One's expansion and strengthen the company’s broader strategic objectives," Steven Robertson concluded.
