MMC Ventures invests further 1.3 million GBP into Clash-Media to support European Expansion

  • Clash-Media to open offices in Spain and Italy to take dominant position in global Online Lead Generation market

London, 08 July 2009 – Clash-Media, the specialist in customer acquisition through Online Lead Generation, has secured a further 1.3 million GBP investment from MMC Ventures. Clash-Media now has offices in the UK, US, Denmark, Sweden, Germany and France, and this latest investment will help fund important European expansion into Spain and Italy. Clash-Media has achieved significant growth over the last two years, positioning itself as the global market leader for Online Lead Generation. The company was recently named as one of the Top 15 fastest growing digital media companies according to GP Bullhound, Europe's leading technology investment bank.

MMC has provided Clash-Media with growth capital since June 2007 and this funding round takes its total investment to over 4.9 million GBP. In addition to its international growth, Clash-Media is committed to developing industry leading-edge technology, such as its Data Quality module designed to eradicate fraudulent leads. The MMC investment will enable Clash-Media to continue its programme of development, including an international Email Delivery Platform to maximise inbox delivery rates – a key requirement for the industry and vital in the current climate as marketing budgets are squeezed.
