Launch of free Health Check service for outbound call centres

  • To ensure telemarketing organisations comply with latest Ofcom and DMA regulations, including silent-call guidelines

MX Digital, the contact centre solutions specialist, has launched a major new Health Check service to ensure outbound telemarketing organisations comply with the latest industry standards and regulations from the Office of Communications (Ofcom) and the Direct Marketing Association (DMA). The new service is available free of charge to all sizes of telemarketing organisations. It provides a comprehensive analysis of the company’s predictive dialler to maximise productivity, efficiency and customer service while enabling the call centre to remain within the silent-call guidelines set out by Ofcom.

As part of the Health Check service, MX Digital will also provide call centres with recommendations for long-term objectives, and will create performance metrics to ensure the dialler continues to meet business goals. By assessing existing dialler equipment, software and operating procedures, MX Digital will ensure that telemarketing campaigns deliver optimal results to support business growth.
