Easilift Majors On Customer Contact

Leading European loading bay equipment manufacturer, Easilift Loading Systems, has appointed Paul Redfern as Account Manager, Major Projects.

In the newly created role he will be responsible for the day-to-day liaison with customers on major projects, usually those involving upwards of 25 loading bays.

Paul Redfern joined Easilift in 2002 as a Technical Sales Engineer, covering the North East and Yorkshire.

Said Easilift's Managing Director, Phil Dinning: "Increasingly, we are winning more and more large high-value contracts from retailers, developers and major operators of warehouse and distribution centres throughout the UK, much of it repeat business. Whereas a few years ago this might have accounted for just a few jobs a year, the annual figure has now increased significantly and still continues to rise."

Among recent major contracts carried out by the Huddersfield-based company have been the installation of doors, dock levellers, shelters and integrated control systems for a 63-bay distribution centre for Next being built near Rotherham, and a 58-bay warehouse at Speke, near Liverpool, for a property development company.
