POWERFUL, NEW KUBOTA PETROL RIDE-ON MOWER MAKES LIGHT WORK OF LAWN CARE

Lots of grass to cut and little time to spare? A problem faced by many homeowners with large gardens and one that Kubota’s new T1880 ride-on mower is designed to solve. The T1880 builds on Kubota’s reputation for quality and reliability with more power, a wider cutting width, and a mulching facility to put an end to emptying grass boxes. The result is less time spent mowing the lawn, leaving more time to enjoy it.

Powered by an 18hp petrol engine and with features such as hydrostatic transmission (HST) with a single pedal making speed and directional changes smooth and easy, cruise control for a constant mowing speed and a one-step parking brake, the T1880 is both simple to drive and easy to operate.

The cutting height can be adjusted from 25-102mm using a simple dial system at the base of the operator’s seat for smooth, easy transition from fine lawn work to rougher, wilder areas of the garden. 

Helping to reduce mowing time further, the T1880 features Kubota’s new ‘Infinity’ mower deck with a cutting width of over a metre.  It’s quick and simple to switch from side-discharge mode to mulching mode to eliminate the need for grassbox emptying and the disposal of clippings, as well as encouraging a richer, greener lawn.

This outstanding new mower incorporates a full flat operator platform for easy mounting and dismounting, an easily adjustable high back seat and Kubota’s exclusive ‘Cushion Ride’ suspension system which utilises two spring-loaded shock absorbers connected to the driver’s platform for a smooth, comfortable ride.
