Date:25 – 29 May
Exhibiting:Journalists and photographers are invited to the Kubota stand where they can meet the team and view a comprehensive range of groundcare equipment including the T1880, GR1600-II, GR2100 and G23 ride-on mowers, the B1220 compact tractor and the BX2340 sub-compact tractor.

Everyone knows that the key to a gorgeous garden is a perfect lawn, so visitors to the Chelsea Flower Show are being urged not to miss Kubota's stand RHW15.

The world-leading manufacturer will be showcasing four of its most popular ride-on mowers designed to help gardeners give their lawn a gold-medal winning finish, as well as both sub-compact and compact tractors.

Newly launched for 2010, the 18hp T1880 petrol ride-on garden mower, features a wider cutting width and Kubota’s innovative infinity deck that allows the deck to be converted from a side discharge deck to a mulching deck in seconds, cushion ride suspension system, as well as HST transmission with cruise control for a constant mowing speed, which make it extremely easy and comfortable to drive.

One of Kubota's most popular diesel ride-on garden mowers is the GR1600-II. High on performance, yet low on running costs, this efficient cut and collect machine is easy to use and gives a professional well-manicured lawn every time. Meanwhile, the 21hp Kubota GR2100-II diesel ride-on garden mower features power steering, a hydraulic deck lift and Glide Steer technology which allows the machine to turn more sharply than a conventional mower, making it ideal for mowing around trees and posts.

At the top of the consumer range is the higher horsepower G23 professional ride-on mower, which delivers outstanding productivity and comfort, thanks to its high output 23hp diesel engine, direct drive mower decks and proven collection systems.

For those with large estates, paddocks and stables to maintain, Kubota will be showcasing a range of compact and sub-compact tractors. The B1220 compact tractor features 12hp diesel engine for increased power and torque and can be fitted with a wide variety of attachments for maximum adaptability including a mid-mounted mower or trailer.

The BX2350 sub-compact tractor has an extremely high power to weight ratio, which gives users the performance and versatility of a compact tractor whilst also benefitting from the agility of a ride-on mower.

"Chelsea is the ultimate garden show, bringing together amateurs, enthusiasts and professionals alike, all of whom want to find out about the latest trends as well as pick up tips about how to make their own gardens look as stunning as the ones on display," commented Dave Roberts, Kubota Tractor and Groundcare Sales and Marketing Manager.

"We offer a wide range of ride-on mowers designed to help people create the perfect lawn finish, as well as a number of sub-compact and compact tractors to help with day-to-day tasks - basically, machinery that allows people to spend less time tending their gardens and more time enjoying them!"

As well as showcasing a selection of Kubota tractor and groundcare equipment at the Chelsea Flower Show, the company’s experienced staff will be on hand to advise visitors about the best model for their individual needs.

Kubota is a world leading manufacturer at the forefront of innovation for domestic & professional ride-on mowers and compact & commercial tractors, and their Tractor and Groundcare Division has maintained its leadership position since first entering the UK and Ireland market more than 30 years ago.

The company’s product portfolio now encompasses 24 tractor models between 12 and 128hp, 13 ride-on mower models, which cater for domestic and professional users alike, and four variants of the class-leading RTV900 all-terrain utility vehicle.
