Kubota Take Stand at Royal Ulster Winter Fair 2011

'Cutting costs, needn’t mean cutting quality when it comes to agricultural machines' that’s the message Kubota Tractor and Groundcare will be giving visitors to the Royal Ulster Winter Fair.

Throughout the show, Kubota – known for its affordable, reliable equipment - will be exhibiting the M and M40 Series agricultural tractors and the RTV900 all-terrain utility vehicle.

The M130X really reinforces Kubota’s message that cost savings doesn’t equate to compromising on quality. Designed specifically to offer a real alternative to both 'expensive' and 'economy' tractors, it features a four-cylinder 130hp engine, electronic fuelling and engine governing as well as Intelli-Shift 16 Speed transmission with eight-speed powershift and auto field/road modes. It can be further enhanced with the new LA2253 loader, which has a lifting capacity of 2.1 tons to a maximum height of 4.1m.

This will be complemented by the M108S and models from the M40 Series. The 108hp M108S offers agricultural users power, performance, versatility and reliability and all at an affordable price, while the M40 Series, which won the RASE award for its speed, maneuverability, comfort and reliability, spans the 63 to 95hp range.

The tractors can all be fitted with a variety of Kubota-matched attachments and large implements to allow them to handle a diverse range of tasks from ploughing, harrowing and spraying to trailer and front-loader work. And because they are manufactured by Kubota, users are guaranteed optimum performance from their tractor.

Completing Kubota’s agricultural line up will be the RTV900 all-terrain utility vehicle. Renowned for being a reliable economic workhorse the RTV900 is ideal for transporting equipment, animal feed and produce, as well as being powerful enough to pull a trailer.

Built using tractor technology, the 22hp RTV900 has a maximum speed of 25 mph and is designed to offer optimum performance over even the most difficult terrain, making it ideal for use both in the field and on the road. High ground clearance together with advanced independent suspension ensures a comfortable ride, while the quick read instrument panel, comfortable seat and conveniently positioned controls are all designed to reduce operator fatigue. It features a unique three-range variable hydrostatic transmission system (VHT), advanced automotive type suspension and power steering.

"We understand that keeping costs low is essential for every business but at the same time, if you do need to replace a machine you want the quality so that it will work effectively and efficiently," said David Blackwoood, Kubota Tractor and Groundcare sales and marketing manager.

"All our equipment is designed to be affordable to buy and to run, yet at the same time offering power, performance and reliability so that our customers can get the job done every time. I’d therefore encourage visitors to the Royal Ulster Winter Fair looking for agricultural equipment to come along to our stand, meet the Kubota team and see exactly what our products can offer."
