Bott & Co Aviation Team Wins ISO Team of the Year Award at 2013 Modern Law Awards

• Award recognises Bott & Co's new flight compensation service

• Follows one-year anniversary of reforms regarding flight delay compensation

London, UK – 31.10.13 – Bott & Co, a leading firm of personal injury and flight compensation solicitors, has won the Team of the Year Award at the 2013 Modern Law Awards. The award, sponsored by ISO (Insurance Services Office), recognised the Bott Aviation team's role in providing an innovative compensation recovery service to passengers on delayed or cancelled flights. As the first service of its kind in the UK, the Bott Aviation team has been responsible for taking a number of airlines to court — and winning — on behalf of air passengers.

Bott Aviation launched its service in February 2013, following a ruling by the European Court of Justice in October 2012 that paved the way for hundreds of thousands of claimants for delayed and cancelled flights within the past six years under EU Regulation 261. The Bott Aviation team now has more than 9,000 clients and has recovered more than £750,000 for more than 2,000 passengers.
