Trinity M Implements Xactware Solutions to Increase Claims Transparency and Efficiency

LONDON, January 30, 2014 - Insurance claims management service Trinity Claims - part of Trinity M Limited - has chosen the Xactware suite of claims-estimating and management software to fit into its versatile and responsive claims-handling operation based in Tonbridge, Kent.

Xactware, a Verisk Analytics (Nasdaq:VRSK) company, provides cloud-based claims solutions through mobile, online, and desktop platforms for the property insurance and restoration industries.

The Trinity Claims in-house surveying team and its professional contractors will use the suite - which includes Xactware’s claims-estimating platform, Xactimate®, and its claims management network, XactAnalysis® - to document property losses and calculate the cost of reinstating structural damage.

"We selected Xactware for the high level of detail it allows our surveying teams to capture in the field and back in the office, enhancing the transparency of our claims handling," said Gerry Ward, technical director at Trinity M. "Using modern systems to scope and estimate electronically helps us shorten the claims process and allows the Trinity Claims staff to focus on delivering world-class customer service to our clients’ policyholders."

"Integrating the best available systems to provide flexible and scalable options for claims management is a hallmark of the Trinity Claims service. The Xactware applications are an important part of the tool set we have available, and they contribute to the professional and cost-efficient service we provide to clients needing a partner for claims management."

"We’re pleased to welcome Trinity M to the growing fold of Xactware customers and stand ready to support their claims-handling needs," said James Grant, Xactware’s managing director of the U.K. "The addition of Xactware technology to their workflow will do much to help a dedicated claims team achieve even greater standards of professionalism."

About Trinity M Limited
Founded in 2012, Trinity Claims was established to provide the broader insurance industry with an effective and cost-efficient partner for outsourcing claims processes — either the entire operation or specialist areas within it.

The key to providing this is to use an advanced model and up-to-date technology combined with expert claims handlers who can oversee the whole process and to generate a culture of professionalism and understanding to ensure fairness all round.

In the household claims area, the company also handpicks and directly manages a network of tradesmen — mostly small, independent businesses — who undertake the repairs.

Tony Peppard (Managing Director), Gerry Ward (Technical Director), and Neil Hopkinson (Finance Director) together previously set up the claims company SIMS in 2004. Since then, that company has grown to over 500 staff and was bought by AXA in 2009.
