Sterling Insurance Group Implements Xactware's Suite of Claims Solutions

Insurer chooses claims technology to achieve greater efficiency and better customer service

LONDON, August 5, 2014 - Sterling Insurance Group has chosen to implement Xactware’s suite of claims-estimating and management solutions throughout its personal lines division to improve the customer journey and speed of settlement.

Xactware, a Verisk Analytics (Nasdaq:VRSK) business, provides cloud-based claims solutions through mobile, online, and desktop platforms for professionals in the property insurance and restoration sectors.

The initiative gives Sterling’s claims team access to Xactware’s claims-estimating platform, Xactimate®, and its claims management network, XactAnalysis®. Sterling executives say they intend to deploy Xactimate on mobile devices, which will enable the company to process claims more efficiently and bolster its current reputation for excellent customer service. The seamless integration of Xactware solutions with Sterling’s internal claims systems will further streamline the claims journey.
