Eleven Partner of the Year awards were given to Genesys partners in EMEA based on partner growth initiatives and partners’ abilities to take advantage of collaboration opportunities with Genesys in 2009.
Each of these Genesys partners invested significant resources in establishing joint customer service solutions to generate revenue.
