Unilog completes a strategic assessment of the South East England Development Agency’s (SEEDA) online vision and wins the Content Management implementation project

London, England: 29 November 2004 - Unilog, the leading European IT consulting company has just won the implementation project for delivering an enterprise-wide content management system for SEEDA.

Unilog had recently been engaged with SEEDA to map out a strategic vision to deliver a common technology platform and service delivery capability to cost-effectively deliver their e-Agenda for the region.

Using their Strategic Assessment methodology, Unilog worked closely with technical and business representatives at SEEDA to analyse, define and prioritise all requirements. Having fully understood SEEDA's strategy and needs, Unilog conducted a detailed product evaluation and selection exercise. Unilog identified a leading content management vendor as the best product to deliver against these requirements, providing full justification for this product recommendation. A high-level solution roadmap was realised which outlined the phases, timescales and indicative costs for delivering a complete solution to SEEDA.

Colin Howes, IT Director, SEEDA says, “Since we engaged with Unilog to deliver a strategic roadmap for our online vision, I have found all of our dealings with Unilog to be of the highest quality. It would seem that the key to Unilog is the people. The dedication, experience and professionalism found in the project team are of the highest quality. We are delighted to engage them for the full implementation of the chosen content management system”

John Smith, Director of Bespoke Development, Unilog, “Winning the SEEDA implementation is testament to Unilog’s ability to develop successful long-term relationships with our clients. Our success is down to the quality of our people, our proven strategic assessment and delivery methodologies and our ability to offer clients a high quality solution based on their unique requirements.”
