DYNACO high speed doors now available from Easilift

DYNACO high speed interior and exterior industrial doors, which are crash resistant without damage and automatically reset themselves after collision, have been added to the extensive range of loading bay equipment available from Easilift Loading Systems Ltd.

Widely used around the world in a variety of industries, DYNACO high speed doors are known for their safety, perfectly tight seals and resistance to high winds, compatibility with traffic flow and low maintenance.

The hard wearing and lightweight curtain material used in their construction does not contain any rigid parts that can be bent or broken by fork lift trucks. There are also no parts that can become worn, such as stiffeners, extension or compression springs, cables, straps or motor brakes, leading to expensive repair costs.

Because of their unique design the doors are self-repairing. If the curtain is hit by a fork lift truck the door is released from its side guides. It automatically resets itself after the next opening cycle, with no repair work necessary and no downtime.

There are seven models in the range, accepting wind speeds of up to 160 km/h. Door widths can be from 4,500 to 12,000mm with opening heights from 4,500 to 5,500mm, and opening speeds of up to 2.4 metres per second.

The All Weather door is for exterior environments exposed to storm force winds. Model M2 is resistant to pressure up to 110 kg/m2 (1080 Pa) and winds up to 160 km/h. For use in cold stores at temperatures as low as -30 degrees C, the Freezer door has a maximum dimension of 4,500 mm wide x 4,500 mm high. It has an opening speed of 2.4 metres per second and a closing speed of 1.2 metres per second.
