Winston Churchill Memorial Trust deploys eForms solution

London, 7th September 2006, for immediate release

• eForms technology enables users to access, edit, save and submit online PDF forms using Adobe Reader within their web browser window

The Winston Churchill Memorial Trust has deployed an Evenlogic eForms solution that allows people wishing to apply to the Trust for travelling fellowships to apply online.

Each year, the Trust offers one hundred travelling fellowships to British Citizens for overseas projects. By visiting the Trust's website, applicants can complete their applications on PDF electronic forms from within their web browser window. On the form the applicant can describe their proposed project and demonstrate that it is worthwhile and likely to be of benefit to both the community concerned and to the UK.

The eForms technology allows the applicant to save a partially completed application and to return to it later to continue working on it. Once completely happy with what they have entered, the applicant can submit their application to the Trust over the web. A final PDF version of the submitted form is emailed back to the applicant as an email attachment for their records.

Evenlogic developed the WCMT eforms solution jointly with software house, Strategies, who designed the form and worked alongside Evenlogic to deploy the system. The application is operated and hosted by Evenlogic on an eForms server.
