DialAFlight awarded Best Online Travel Agent 2006

DialAFlight has been voted best travel agent by customers who visited ReviewCentre.com, the UK's leading consumer review Website as part of the Review Centre 2006 Awards.

The award is based on averages of ratings and recommendations submitted by members of Review Centre to the Travel Websites categories in 2006, and for overall ratings and comments featured on Review Centre.

DialAFlight not only beat the competition from over 100 other travel websites listed at Review Centre, it also scored a high 82 per cent recommended rating based on averages from Review Centre member's reviews. The online travel agent also scored 8.2 out of 10 for ease of navigation on its site, and 8 out of 10 for customer service plus high ratings for value for money and overall value.

"The staff are very helpful and I have recommended friends to them who have also been pleased with the service," said one user; while another said: "Friendly, caring, competent and good value."

Review Centre members found DialAFlight's promise to organise the best travel deals, including cheap flights and accommodation, to be good to its word; and when push came to shove when problems were encountered DialAFlight were also at hand to resolve difficulties, according to several reviewers.
