Telesoft reduces supply chain costs by 44 per cent

LONDON - 6 March, 2007 - Telesoft Technologies, a communications specialist, has successfully deployed the SAP supply chain ERP solution across the companies five UK and US sites. The installation has enabled Telesoft to achieve enterprise-wide supply chain cost savings of around 44 per cent, reducing stock levels by 50 per cent and standing debt by 25 per cent through the integration and control of supply chain planning.

Chelford SAP, Telesoft's SAP support partner which offers specialist consulting to SAP user companies of all sizes, has worked with Telesoft to establish high level reporting processes that give it greater control over manufacturing, sales and distribution functions across all areas of its business. Centralising these processes has not only improved Telesoft's efficiency, but has also helped ensure it remains agile in its marketplace.
