DS2 claims new developments in Powerline technology will provide fast-track for Digital Home

• Keynote presentation from Victor Dominguez on Next Generation Networking, Computex Taiwan 2007

Valencia, SPAIN - 4th June, 2007 - In a keynote speech at Computex Taiwan 2007, Victor Dominguez, Director of Strategy and Standardisation at DS2, the world's leading Powerline Chipset provider, will give new insight into why powerline technology is playing a pivotal role in fast-tracking easy-to-install and secure high-definition (HD) networks, and satisfying the rapidly growing consumer demand for 'The Digital Home'.

Victor Dominguez will show that the emerging Powerline Industry has the strength, the potential and the roadmap to become an integral part of Next Generation Networking. Powerline can deliver whole home coverage for high-definition networks, and as the underlying technology becomes more easily integrated into currently popular applications, and the cost per unit is reduced, the scope for innovation and new consumer products will grow significantly. Victor Dominguez will show how the Powerline industry is working towards these achievable goals right now, during his keynote speech on Wednesday 6th June.
