ProtoCall One appoints Steve Robertson as Head of Direct Sales

  • Joins from BT Global Services to support next phase of company growth

LONDON - September 12th, 2007 - ProtoCall One, the UK's premier systems integration consultancy for the contact centre industry, has appointed Steve Robertson as Head of Direct Sales. Steve Robertson's key focus will be on the development of strategic commercial partnerships and relationships as part of ProtoCall One’s marketing drive to extend its performance management software expertise.
    
Steve Robertson brings high level experience in the contact centre marketplace. Most recently, he was a Senior Sales Professional with BT Global Services, where he worked primarily within the financial sector on complex call centre and related projects. Prior to joining BT, Steve Robertson was a Senior Customer Interaction Management Sales specialist within the Cable & Wireless Centre of Excellence. At Cable & Wireless he worked on high value, new business solution contracts within the contact centre marketplace, with a focus on integrated technologies, professional services and applications development.
