New York, US - 19 May, 2008 - IndiePix, the Internet-based distributor of independent films, has announced a new partnership with Award-winning Directors, Jeremy Stulberg and Randy Stulberg. Under the partnership, IndiePix will handle the global promotion and distribution of the directors' new documentary, Off the Grid, while ensuring that they maintain the rights to their independent film and also receive over 50 percent of its income. To maximize sales and audiences for the new documentary IndiePix will deliver it across diverse routes to the market, including theatrical releases, TV premiers and DVD sales through other leading distributors, such as Amazon and Netflix.
A growing number of independent filmmakers are now approaching distributors to achieve successful marketing campaigns for their films and take their unique independent films into the mainstream media and across international boundaries. IndiePix is now looking to emulate the success it has had with other independent films - including Billy The Kid and City Unplugged - with Off the Grid, and promote its unique storyline to an international audience.
