INCREASED COVERAGE FOR 'MACHINERY MOVERS' MAGAZINE

'Machinery Movers', the specialist dedicated magazine for the construction & quarry plant & equipment sector, has announced plans to merge its separate UK and Ireland editions. Feedback received from readers and advertisers has indicated a preference for complete coverage of the UK and Irish markets in one comprehensive publication.

From September 2008 onwards, with a combined circulation of 15,000, the new 'Machinery Movers UK & Ireland' title will now provide construction & civil engineering contractors, plant hirers, quarries, demolition & recycling companies, as well as local authorities and utilities, with even more of the latest business and industry news, including up to the minute information from the major construction & quarry machinery manufacturers, dealers and distributors.

This move has been particularly welcomed by advertisers, who in today’s challenging times are looking for ever more cost-effective ways of reaching key plant & equipment specifiers, buyers, hirers and users.

Publisher, Brian Coogan, said: "Now readers and advertisers only need one publication for coverage across the whole of Britain, together with both Northern and Southern Ireland."

"However, we will still be maintaining a clear editorial focus for the specific individual territories, through existing UK editor Aaron Morby (editor@machinerymoversuk.com) and existing Ireland editor, Jim Breen (editor@machinerymovers.ie)."

"With the increased combined circulation of 15,000, I firmly expect to even further strengthen our leading position in the market," concluded Brian Coogan.

Copies of the first combined UK & Ireland edition will be distributed at the 'Machinery Movers' Equipment Demonstration Day, to be held at Brookfield, Enfield, Co. Meath, Ireland, on Saturday 6th September 2008 (8.00am to 8.00pm. Entry by special invitation ticket only).

For simplicity and ease of contact for advertising, features, subscriptions and any other general enquiries (including Equipment Demonstration Day invitation tickets) there will now be one central information point, although company news and press releases should continue to be forwarded direct to the appropriate editor/s.
