Alcatel-Lucent Genesys receives “Strong Positive” in leading analyst firm IVR Systems and Enterprise Voice Portals marketscope report

, received a “Strong Positive,” the highest rating possible, in Gartner’s MarketScope for IVR Systems and Enterprise Voice Portals* report¹.
