LONDON — A new roof-dimensioning tool from Xactware has turned one of the most complex estimating tasks into one of the easiest and quickest. Aerial SketchTM is a revolutionary roof- dimensioning tool that uses aerial imagery to help contractors and surveyors dimension roof structures in a matter of minutes.

With Aerial Sketch, users download aerial images for an address, trace the roof, and then create fully dimensioned roof plans and 3-D diagrams that they can use to estimate refurbishing or reinstatement costs. Aerial Sketch is available in Xactware's claims estimating platform, Xactimate®, and vastly improves the speed, reliability, and safety of estimating damaged roof structures.
