Clash Group acquires coupon comparison company Vendari

  • Vendari brings industry leading intellectual property rights to be incorporated into launch of major new US voucher comparison web sites later this year

NEW YORK, 13 June 2012 Clash Group, the leading digital direct response advertising agency, has today announced the acquisition of Vendari, a leading European coupon comparison website that has pioneered the rapidly expanding voucher comparison market. With consumers estimated to have saved $4.6billion through coupons last year, the acquisition of Vendari’s advanced intellectual property rights will form the basis for the launch by Clash Group of major coupon comparison sites in the US later this year.

The acquisition of Vendari will significantly expand Clash Group's offering to advertisers, in both mobile and wider-digital markets, to be able to offer web and mobile-optimized coupon comparison websites for its client base of digital advertisers. It is part of a wider Clash Group transition to offer full-service digital advertising solutions ranging from creative services and design through to the delivery of targeted digital advertising campaigns across online and mobile and which specifically target pre-identified respondents on inventory purchased via real-time bidding (RTB).
