Clash Group acquires leading UK voucher comparison site

NEW YORK, 14 June 2012Clash Group, the leading full service digital direct response advertising agency, has consolidated its position in the rapidly expanding coupon market today by announcing the acquisition of Vendari Limited, publishers of the leading UK coupon comparison website UK consumers are estimated to have spent nearly £300m on Daily Deal sites during the last 6 months and saved more than £30 billion using vouchers in 2011. Clash Group plans to significantly expand the site’s UK offering and to launch sister comparison sites, initially in the US.

The acquisition of will significantly strengthen Clash Group's offering to advertisers, in both mobile and wider-digital markets. The Group plans to adapt the site for mobile optimisation and will integrate the comparison site into ad campaigns that translate into increased awareness and ROI for digital advertisers. The acquisition adds voucher capabilities to Clash Group’s wider full-service digital advertising solutions which range from creative services and design to the implementation of advanced technology which specifically targets pre-identified respondents on inventory purchased via real-time bidding (RTB).
