Kowal has also been appointed to the Board of Directors of Vendari and will put in place a financial strategy to ensure Clash Group remains financially efficient during its next period of growth as a full-service digital advertising agency.
Prior to this appointment, Kowal has held highly successful senior management roles within the contract furniture, manufacturing and banking industries. Kowal is a member of the Financial Executive Network Group and has over 25 years of financial leadership experience.
