BillingTree Celebrates 10th Anniversary, awarded A+ Rating from Better Business Bureau

Launches 'Customer First' program in conjunction with 10th Anniversary Celebration

PHOENIX, Feb. 26, 2013 - BillingTree®, one of the nation's leading on-demand payment processors, reached its 10 year anniversary in business today, and announced it has been accredited by the internationally respected Better Business Bureau (BBB) with an 'A+' rating. To coincide with this event, BillingTree has launched its 'Customer First' program – a new initiative announced by the CEO today offering customers added value, ongoing industry education and compliance information, plus additional direct communication facilities with the company. At its core, the Customer First program belongs to the BillingTree customers, and will evolve over time to serve their needs in the best ways possible.

The A+ rating from the BBB is a testament to the fact that BillingTree has never had a single case filed against it in its 10 year history. The BBB accreditation follows BillingTree's announcement that its 2012 year-over-year revenue grew by 25.1%, net income by 75% and processing volumes showed growth of over 17%, totalling $3 billion combined ACH and credit card processing. BillingTree has consistently outperformed the past five straight years due to continued customer and new market expansion.

The BBB is a non-profit organization which acts as a resource for consumers who are seeking objective, unbiased information on businesses, and the A+ accreditation consolidates BillingTree's reputation as a trusted payments processor, having had its customer service, legal compliance and advertising rigorously tested as part of the BBB's accreditation process.

"We're delighted to have been recognized by the BBB with the highest possible rating of A+. At BillingTree, we are focused on providing our customers with the highest quality and most reliable service," commented David Roberts, President and CEO of BillingTree. "Combined with the launch of our Customer First initiative today, this accreditation validates the firm's continuous efforts to serve customers and the community...we look forward to providing the highest quality payment processing services for years to come."
