The results showed healthcare organization collection processes were lagging behind their counterparts in other industries, relying primarily on manual paper-based payments over offering digital payment channels. The 19th Annual HFMA Western Region Symposium is anticipated to be one of the largest HFMA events in the country. This year, for the first time, the meeting will bring together healthcare industry experts from 13 Western chapters in one location.
